Shipping Procedures for Your Order

After submitting an on-line order you will immediately receive an automatic notification* via e-mail stating that we have received your order and are checking current availability

For all orders: once we have verified availability of your items you will receive, via e-mail, an invoice including clear instructions on how to make payment for your order
Upon payment* one of our knowledgeable shipping and handling representatives will immediately begin to prepare your order for shipping to the desired shipping address

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification via email with all the tracking details and a copy of the shipping list
The most common forms of shipping are FedEx, DHL, UPS and EMS ,TNT or your courier
If you have any special shipping requirements, or would like to use your corporate courier account, please let us know and we will do all we can to honor your request

Returns Policy

All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipping, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping where applicable. If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems.

If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery and the item should be returned, with all packaging and documentation, for assessment/inspection.

We will only authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty when received

If any items purchased have faults when they are delivered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs.

Upon receipt of the returned items they will be inspected and if we are unable to repair or replace the items then the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the fault was our responsibility.

If any items develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of our warranty.

Damaged in transit

Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility or liability for damaged items unless you notify the carrier at the time of delivery. If items are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the items have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to us within 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs.

Incorrect item

If you receive items which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the items replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned items.

We are not responsible for paying carriage costs when returning an item for any reason.
